RESTORATIVE YOGA

Experience soft and gentle openings through a variety of restorative poses based on Lisa Marie's trainings with Anne Wanda & Judith Hanson Lasater, as well as variations for each pose. Find out how a prop heavy class offers access to fully support the body and enjoy sequenced classes based on unique health conditions.

Restorative Yoga with Lisa Marie is not about deep stretches, but rather using gentle openings to find complete comfort and ease on all levels.

 

We will explore various ways to elicit the relaxation response with breathing exercises, guided meditations, and learn gentle exercises.
